EXCHANGE POLICY

Savers Mall wants all of its customers to be happy and satisfied, thus there are several situations, where
we find it difficult to swap but we give you the option of exchanging a product if the need arises. The
following are only a few examples of such scenarios.

Exchanges for purchased products will only be accepted if we supplied you with the defective item(s) or
incorrect order in any way. We regret any trouble caused if the product you received is defective or
incorrect. The exchange request must be sent within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

We make every effort to ensure that each order is delivered correctly to every customer if you are in an
uncertain situation, simply contact us at info@savers mall.pk or via WhatsApp. However, there are a
few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.

Please note that items purchased during sales and promotions are not returnable.

When sales begin, the sale price will be the final price for any exchange.

The shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Exchange is not possible if anything is missed from the package i.e labels, price tags, original packing,
and account receipt.

After the stipulated time range is over exchange is impossible.

In case you find the seal of the parcel opened or not properly intacted, do not accept it.

Online store credit is your digital money at your savers mall account which means that you can return
your item and utilize the same amount to shop later.
